This individual will serve as a Business Systems Analyst on IS software development projects and contribute to all phases of the systems development lifecycle. This includes, but is not limited to, documenting requirements and functional specifications, and planning and executing user acceptance. Position Purpose:

Reporting to the VP of Information Systems, the Service Desk Manager's role is to oversee all Service Desk staff and ensure that end users are receiving the appropriate assistance, regardless of geographic location.
