Events

Since January of 2002, pdxMindShare's intimate networking events have been held on the third Wednesday of each month. Currently, the events are held at Masu in SW Portland. The evening typically starts around 5:30 and winds down around 7:30 p.m., depending on the crowd, which may range from 25 to 40 professionals. There is usually a mix of employed and unemployed, all looking to improve their situation, or that of others.

The events are free, as are the email reminders.  There is no standard format for the evening, simply show up with a few business cards, buy yourself or someone else a drink and introduce yourself to a few people.  Look for pdxMindShare founder Kent Lewis at the event, as he will try to connect you with people at the event he thinks may be able to help you.   

Each week, pdxMindShare announces related industry events that subscribers may find useful.  If you are an industry trade organization and think one of your events might be of interest to pdxMindShare members, please contact us.  While there is no fee to list an event, MindShare reserves the right to request one or more complimentary tickets in exchange for exposure to the email recipients.
